New Puppies Jan 2015

Roxy had a beautiful litter of 7 puppies born on Dec 28th. She did amazing, and is such a good mom. We (especially the children) are adoring these pups, and love their snuggles. They are calm and settle quickly in our arms. These pups will definitely be well socialized. Here are some of their one week photos. My husband went to bed early, so the photos are the best I could do by myself. The puppies were very cooperative.

This week the puppies have doubled their birth weight. As of last night they were about 1.5 pounds. It seems like they are bigger every time I look at them. They had their tales docked, and dew claws removed. They do not yet have their eyes open, but are working on it. Next weeks pictures should be really cute.
